At the young age of 13, I embarked on my investing journey, drawing inspiration from the renowned Warren Buffett’s value approach and the simplicity approach advocated by Gary Tharaldson. In 2012, I established Abernathey Holdings with a clear focus on class-A self storage facilities, which has proven to be a tremendous success, boasting market-beating returns and currently with $250 million of facilities open or under development. Moreover, I actively combat human trafficking through the philanthropic endeavors of my foundation, Abernathey Foundation. Throughout my ventures, I firmly believe in the power of focus, driving both my business and charitable efforts towards making a positive impact.
